Completing the list of 35 ASOBAL representatives at the World Cup are the winger of ABANCA Ademar León and reigning MVP of the top category, Carlos Álvarez (Spain); Tubos Aranda Villa de Aranda's member Guillermo Fischer (Argentina), his compatriot Facundo Cangiani from Bathco BM. Torrelavega; the coach of BM. Logroño La Rioja, Miguel Ángel Velasco, in the ranks of Hungary and the Brazilian Denys Barros, pending the officialization of his signing by an ASOBAL club.
