The TAD validates the disciplinary system of the ASOBAL League.

The Administrative Court of Sport (TAD) has validated the disciplinary system in force of the ASOBAL League after dismissing the appeal submitted by BM. Logroño La Rioja following the opening of the file and prior complaint of the Economic Control Commission of ASOBAL for non-compliance with the internal regulations of economic control. The TAD proves, in this way, that the ASOBAL League can impose sanctions if the different associative issues that govern the elite of Spanish men's handball clubs are not complied with.
