The Plenitude League returns to action and introduces Rayo, their new mascot.

The Plenitude League begins the second half of the 2023/2024 season this Friday with extensive new features, continuing the global product expansion project, which will include the celebration of ASOBAL's 40th anniversary as the main event of 2024. The professional competition label will reach a second level from this matchday 16, which begins today with Ángel Ximénez Puente Genil - ABANCA Ademar León and Bathco BM. Torrelavega - Fertiberia Puerto Sagunto and will be marked by the 'Bracelets of Hope' initiative carried out by ASOBAL and the Spanish Association against Cancer on the occasion of World Cancer Day this Sunday.

In this way, and throughout the second part of the course, different initiatives will be launched on the physical plane, with the aim of continuing to improve the fan experience in the League stadiums, which will have the presence of Rayo, official mascot of the Plenitude League, inspired by the graphic identity of Plentide Spain. Rayo will make his particular debut this Saturday (February 3rd, 5pm) in 'The Match of the Day' between Barça and Bidasoa Irun, being an indispensable element of the spectacle that will be experienced on the 40x20 from the preview, interacting with the public and the players. The best teams from the first round face each other at the Palau Blaugrana with the leadership at stake and after drawing in the first match (26-26).

The digital environment also expands under the premise of continuing to enhance the 'Sportainment' product, between strictly sports and entertainment. In this line, the Plenitude League has premiered this week 'ASOBAL Fantasy', the first online game in 'manager' format in the history of elite Spanish handball, which will allow fans to put themselves in the shoes of a sports director of the Plenitude League and demonstrate their mastery of the 40x20 during the second half of the 2023/2024 season.

The leisure offer will be expanded with the second season of the 'Inside ASOBAL' reports, which will review the most interesting behind-the-scenes stories of the Plenitude League, premiering graphic image and maintaining the narrative of last year's deliveries.
