The ASOBAL clubs met this Tuesday in a General Assembly, an encounter that constituted a space for reflection on the evolution of the professional competition in the short and medium term. The session was held at the Liga F facilities, a gesture that highlights the collaboration and harmony between the professional leagues.

During the session, the clubs agreed on the need to continue advancing together in different lines of analysis aimed at studying the updating of the current competitive model. This position, the result of internal debate, reflects the shared willingness to adapt the competition to the new challenges of the sports environment and to consolidate a format prepared for the future. In this line, the Assembly unanimously adopted by all clubs the decision to recover the ASOBAL Cup.

In addition, the clubs approved the creation and implementation of the inclusive ASOBAL days, an initiative aimed at expanding the social impact of professional handball and strengthening the values of integration, participation and inclusion. This action is framed in the identity of ASOBAL and its clubs, following the philosophy of the ASOBAL Legacy League (ALL), which combines sporting excellence with social, environmental and good governance sustainability. The initiative continues the first inclusive day, as the one held in Aranda in collaboration with the Tubos Aranda Villa de Aranda.

These decisions reinforce the strategic line of ASOBAL, initiated with its qualification as a professional League, and consolidate the shared project with the clubs for the growth of professional handball in Spain.
