The ASOBAL clubs attend the first workshop of the ASOBAL Legacy League 2025/2026.

ASOBAL celebrated this Monday in Madrid the first Clubs Workshop of the 2025-2026 season, in which the starting gun has been fired for the new season of the ASOBAL Legacy League (ALL) and the value proposition has been expanded towards the clubs within the framework of the ASOBAL Hub, its support office. The meeting, which has had the participation of directors, managers and those responsible for sustainability, marketing and communication from the clubs, and in line with the previous workshops of the previous season, has served to present the structure and novelties of the second edition of the ASOBAL Legacy League, the first ranking of sustainable clubs in Spain, which this year incorporates greater sophistication in data collection, new evaluation criteria and a reinforcement of personalized mentoring, among others.

The ALL thus consolidates itself as a pioneering project in the national sports scene, positioning ASOBAL handball as a benchmark in sustainability and responsible management.
In addition, through the ASOBAL Hub, the clubs have worked in key areas such as digitization, fan engagement and communities, reinforcing ASOBAL's commitment to innovation and the professionalization of sports management. "With the ASOBAL Legacy League we reinforce our commitment to sustainability and the professionalization of the clubs, while providing a differential value to our fans, sponsors and communities," highlights Servando Revuelta, president of ASOBAL.

In this sense, he remembered that this line of work continues what was presented last week at the welcome event for the new season, where ASOBAL reaffirmed its commitment to an innovative, sustainable model with a positive impact on the entire handball ecosystem. With this new season, ASOBAL continues a pioneering project in Spanish sport, consolidating a model that integrates sustainability, social impact and business development as strategic axes for the present and future development and professionalization of the clubs and the Nexus Energy ASOBAL League itself. The season will culminate with the ASOBAL Gala, where the most outstanding clubs in terms of sustainability, innovation and community impact will be recognized.
