The ALL, the next step in ASOBAL's sustainable commitment.

The ASOBAL Legacy League (ALL) is one of the major innovations presented in the second half of the ASOBAL handball season. The project, which comes into effect in parallel with the return this weekend of the Plenitude League, will elevate to a next level the status of reference in sustainable matters of the elite of Spanish men's club handball within the international sports scene. ASOBAL's commitment is firm and a central pillar of its strategic project as a product and professional competition.

This was demonstrated in September 2022, when it joined the United Nations (UN) Sports for Climate Action program to work towards the eradication of poverty, protect the planet and ensure the prosperity of society through a series of very specific aspects. ASOBAL is one of only 8 entities in Spain that are part of the UN's Sports for Climate Action and one of only three handball organizations internationally in terms of sports sustainability, alongside the Handball Bundesliga and Füchse Berlin.

The commitment of the elite of Spanish men's club handball not only reflects its environmental responsibility, but also forges this alignment with a global network of organizations working to combat climate change and promote sustainable practices through sport. The ALL, closely linked to the SDGs, has incorporated specific goals and challenges into its project definition such as reducing inequality, promoting health and well-being, and adopting strategies to establish partnerships and synergies. This alignment serves as a framework for the activities and projects that ASOBAL clubs will be developing and enhancing from this second round of the current edition of the Plenitude League.
