December is filled with excitement with the arrival of Christmas and with a 'Super Week' in the NEXUS ENERGY ASOBAL League that promises to bring the competition to its peak. The teams are preparing to play two full league days in just seven days, making this one of the most decisive weeks of the year, marking the end of the first half of the competition and professional handball in 2025.

The schedule will start on Tuesday, December 16, extending for three days, with the matches corresponding to Matchday 14 of the NEXUS ENERGY ASOBAL League. The league will be presented in a midweek format from Tuesday 16 to Thursday 18 December, accelerating the pace of the teams to the maximum. These will be the first of the two meetings scheduled for each team in this 'Super Week'.

And with barely a break, and with Christmas already looming on the calendar, the competition will return just two days later, on Saturday 20, with the start of Matchday 15, which will end the first round and will be the prelude to the competition break for the European Championship. This final sprint will be crucial, as it will not only decide which teams will go to the break with the prestige of staying in the top positions, but will also define other key battles in the classification, from the fight to avoid relegation to the mid-table positions.
