The president of ASOBAL, Servando Revuelta, traveled last Sunday to Torrelavega to witness the match corresponding to the tenth day of the NEXUS ENERGY ASOBAL League, which faced Bathco BM. Torrelavega and Cajasol Ángel Ximénez Puente Genil at the Vicente Trueba Municipal Pavilion, with a local victory by 32–27.

Before the game, Revuelta accompanied the delegate of the Government of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, Pedro Casares, and the mayor of Torrelavega, Javier López, on an institutional visit in which the Board of Directors of Bathco BM. Torrelavega, led by Antonio Gómez, its president, acted as host. During the reception, both had the opportunity to discuss the projects in which the Cantabrian club and ASOBAL are immersed in the process of professionalizing the competition.

Subsequently, Servando Revuelta witnessed the match from the box of Vicente Trueba along with Pedro Casares, the mayor of Torrelavega and other institutional representatives, with whom he shared impressions about the advances and challenges faced by professional handball.
