The ASOBAL Community, the 2.0 space created by ASOBAL for lovers of the elite of Spanish club handball, starts its second full season since its birth in 2024 as a consolidated project integrated by more than 7,000 members. This space, which you can join on this link, joins the digital community formed by followers on ASOBAL's social networks and in our official WhatsApp channel that brings together 4,500 fans.
During the 2024/2025 course, the members of the ASOBAL Community have received the main news of the competition in a monthly e-newsletter and have had exclusive access to the Community's Questionnaire created with the aim of knowing in greater depth, the profile of the fan to adapt the "ASOBAL product" and assess their satisfaction, with results published on the different ASOBAL information channels. In addition, members of the ASOBAL Community have been able to enjoy, for two seasons, the Fantasy ASOBAL, the first online game in manager format in the history of handball that allows fans to put themselves in the shoes of a sports director to create the most competitive team possible by gathering the best ASOBAL talent.
With the start of the NEXUS ENERGY ASOBAL League 2025/2026, the third edition of the Fantasy ASOBAL will start in parallel, which will again feature exclusive prizes for its users. The Community's Questionnaire and Fantasy ASOBAL join the already implemented initiatives of the Panini sticker collection with the ASOBAL idols, the Hall of Fame of the legends of our history, the celebration of a season finale Gala with members of the Community and exclusive draws.
During the 2025/2026 season, ASOBAL will launch new initiatives to continue expanding the base of the ASOBAL Community and reward the loyalty of its members:
- Your voice, your game: contests, trivias and surveys on social networks
- ASOBAL Challenges: viral challenges on social networks
- ASOBAL Pool: Predictive game before matches
- ASOBAL Week: handball activations planned for mid-May
- Inside Handball: shorts on our social networks of the own content label Inside ASOBAL
