Paco Bustos will continue for one more year at the helm of Ángel Ximénez Puente Genil.

Ángel Ximénez Puente Genil has announced the renewal of Paco Bustos, who will be the orchestra director of the pontano project in ASOBAL League for another season. Bustos already accumulates six seasons on his bench. His career began in the 2019/2020 and he already has more than 173 official matches in matches of the elite of Spanish male handball clubs, these being the longest records in the history of the club. 

"I am very happy for the renewal, for this seventh season of mine at the club and for the club's thirteenth in ASOBAL. I face it with a lot of enthusiasm, eager to start. We are already working on the planning of the preseason and also of the season, but with tremendous illusion, with a lot of responsibility, a lot of enthusiasm and eager to do it well and achieve the objectives we set ourselves", Bustos points out in statements to the website of Ángel Ximénez Puente Genil. "Excited I would say is the word. Excitement, eager because this is just around the corner and the truth is that I hope that the fans support us as they did in the previous one, encourage them to be with us in this 2025-2026 season. On my part and on behalf of the entire technical team, we are going to leave our skin in achieving our objectives", adds the Cordovan coach.
