The ASOBAL League urges the Royal Spanish Handball Federation (RFEBM) to pronounce itself on the proposed Professional League calendar and to cease its exercise of trying to impose a registration fee on the clubs of the Professional League for the next edition of the Plenitude League without legal basis or approved in Assembly or by any body. In the absence of the Coordination Agreement between ASOBAL and RFEBM, any action to set calendars or set registration fees unilaterally by the Federation, as has happened, is illegal. The ASOBAL League initiates all administrative procedures with the aim that the RFEBM accepts or rejects the proposed Professional League calendar.
In case of rejection, the ASOBAL League will have to develop a new proposal for its approval or reasoned rejection within 5 days. Finally, and if none of the two calendars are accepted, the law establishes that it will be the Superior Council of Sports that must issue an administrative resolution on the calendar and all issues arising from a possible agreement. The Spanish Handball Federation does not have the power to approve the Asobal League calendar through its bodies, being this a Professional League. Trying to impose a proposal unilaterally would be a manifestly unjust administrative resolution, knowingly, a situation accentuated by the request for fees or benefits outside the coordination agreement.
The ASOBAL League reserves the possibility of initiating all appropriate legal actions to claim the possible nullities of the administrative procedure carried out by the Federation, as well as all those actions that could arise from manifestly unjust administrative resolutions knowingly, since to date this way of proceeding of the federative body is a habitual tone.
