REBI Balonmano Cuenca and Tubos Aranda Villa de Aranda have confirmed during this last matchday 29 their continuity in the Liga NEXUS ENERGÍA ASOBAL, continuing their track record and project in the elite of Spanish professional handball. Lidio Jiménez's team mathematically secured their ticket for the ASOBAL 2026/2027 season after winning on the road at SANICENTRO BM. Guadalajara (33-34), their first away victory of the season.

Two points built on the direction in play and the goals from the central duo formed by Rajmond Toth and Manuel Lima (17 goals between them), as well as the solidity of Daniel Arguillas under the posts. The result paints a spectacular final matchday for the team from Cuenca, who will celebrate maintaining their ASOBAL team status in front of the El Sargal crowd with their objectives already achieved.
