Gonçalo Ribeiro, awarded as the Plenitude ASOBAL MVP for December

In his second season defending the shirt of Ángel Ximénez Puente Genil, Gonçalo Ribeiro has shown and exploded his offensive side. The Portuguese center has received majority support from ASOBAL fans to be elected MVP Plenitude ASOBAL for the month of December, with 64.64% of the votes despite having two tough rivals such as Gonzalo Pérez de Vargas (Barça) and Juan Castro (ABANCA Ademar León).

The Portuguese is the successor of the TM Benidorm center, Nacho Valles, and will receive his distinction with the return of domestic competition to Alcalde Miguel Salas in the match of Day 16 between Ángel Ximénez Puente Genil and ABANCA Ademar León.
