The ASOBAL clubs participated this Wednesday in a training day organized in collaboration with LALIGA, focused on the exchange of knowledge and the updating of good practices in the management of professional competitions.
Held at the LALIGA headquarters, the session addressed specific content on integrity, safety in sports facilities and legal framework, three strategic areas for the sustainable development of professional leagues. The clubs of the professional handball league in Spain were able to learn first-hand about the latest updates in procedures, protocols and models of action applied in professional sport, reinforcing the culture of compliance, prevention and continuous improvement.
The initiative is part of the shared commitment of ASOBAL and its clubs to continue strengthening the organizational standards of the competition, accompanying, with the support of LALIGA, the structural development of the whole professional league and promoting a more solid administration, aligned and oriented towards the sustainable growth of professional handball.
In this context, the day is complemented by the internal projects that ASOBAL has been developing since its professionalization, such as the ASOBAL HUB, spaces that allow to optimize management models and generate value, aligning the professional league and its clubs around shared challenges and criteria and consolidating a model of continuous professionalization that reinforces the identity and standards of the competition.
