ASOBAL gathered all of its clubs this Monday in a new work session framed within the ASOBAL Legacy League (ALL) and ASOBAL Hub, consolidating this workshop as a key space for the strategic coordination of common projects and evolution of the professional League and its clubs. This meeting, the third of the season and the first held in an online format, allowed to continue advancing in a shared identity oriented towards sustainability, the optimization of management models and the generation of value, aligning the League and clubs around common challenges and shared work criteria.
The session was opened with a block dedicated to the ALL, from which work is coordinated on the evolution of the sustainable competition model, integrating the social, environmental, economic and governance dimensions. The initiative, which celebrates its first year since its launch, has consolidated itself as a pillar of ASOBAL and has already been recognized for its impact and innovative approach in terms of sustainability.
Subsequently, the work focused on aspects of the ASOBAL Hub, where various key strategies aimed at reinforcing the value of the clubs and their relationship with the ASOBAL product were jointly addressed. From a practical and transversal perspective, aspects linked to sponsorship, digitization, communication and brand were worked on, with the aim of optimizing processes, sharing criteria and strengthening a League model that is increasingly competitive and aligned with the dynamics of sportbusiness.
