ADESP rewards the collaboration of ASOBAL in its scholarship program for the High Performance Digital course.

The Spanish Sports Association (ADESP) has recognized the work of ASOBAL as a collaborating entity of its scholarship program for the course in Digital High Performance, designed to train elite athletes in digital, innovation, and technology in the sports field. Servando Revuelta, as president and representative of the elite of Spanish men's handball clubs, has received the award that ADESP has given within the framework of the closing ceremony of the course, held at the Auditorium of the Metropolitan Riyadh Air Stadium.

This is the latest photograph of the collaboration agreement between ASOBAL and ADESP, which was fruitful in 2024, with the clear objective of continuing to promote players, coaches and professionals of the professional circuit, the great asset of the current NEXUS ENERGY ASOBAL League. The entity wants to continue providing them with tools and resources beyond the strictly sports field, in line with the general project, which also includes initiatives on governance and training such as the ASOBAL Legacy League (ALL). Different entities of top business and sports level were part of the closing ceremony of the ADESP course, with the notable presence of the president of Atletico Madrid, Enrique Cerezo, who is part of the group of founders of ASOBAL.

A program with more than 3,500 graduates

More than 3,500 professionals belonging to the Spanish sports ecosystem have successfully completed the training program, focused on digital skills, innovation, and technology. "This program reflects our commitment to the present and future of Spanish Sport. We have shown that, thanks to public-private cooperation, Sport can be at the forefront of digitization and innovation. Training in digital skills is not only a necessity, but an opportunity to consolidate a more competitive, modern sector prepared for present and future challenges. The success of Digital High Performance confirms that together we can transform the sports ecosystem of our country", explained José Hidalgo, president of ADESP.

Digital High Performance has offered for four consecutive editions a journey designed to develop skills in sports project management, data analysis, strategic communication and use of emerging technologies in Sport, contributing to professionalize and modernize the national sports industry.
